Local Customers

This metric shows the total number of different ASNs of neighboring ISPs that can be considered as Customers of the given ISP. Customers are neighbors to whom the considered ISP provides transit service to the rest of the world. Local is a special filter. When applying it on the specified metric, only ISPs from the specified region will be considered. Region membership is determined by the country code in the IRR data of the ASNs under consideration.
